PRISYM ID, leaders in complete labeling and identification solutions for the medical device and life sciences market, will be exhibiting and speaking at MEDTEC Ireland in Galway from 1st - 2nd October 2014.

During the event, which is the gateway to inspiration and home of the latest developments around medical device technology, PRISYM ID will be showcasing its revolutionary PRISYM 360°, a solution which aims to transform global Label Lifecycle Management. PRISYM ID will also be showcasing Crest Solutions PrintInspector™; a high accuracy in-line print verification system.

Steve Ellison Systems Sales Manager Northern Europe, PRISYM ID will take to the floor during the Packaging, Labeling and Testing panel discussion to explore ‘Taking a 360 view to label lifecycle management’. The discussion will aim to identify how label lifecycle management can accelerate growth and ensure compliance, whilst reducing risk and cost. It will also cover some of the challenges that the medical industry currently faces and how to overcome them.

Steve Ellison comments: “MEDTEC Ireland is a really important event for the industry. It brings together key figures across the medical technology sector. Medical device companies are now multi-national, multi-region and multi-site operations – and, as a result, are having to confront all of the common business challenges of communication, brand consistency and system integration. With operational efficiency and productivity an industry-wide imperative, the need for collaboration, data visibility and interoperability across countries and regions is paramount and we’re looking forward to speaking with organisations at the event.”

PRISYM 360° is a direct response to the growing number of significant exposures and challenges that companies in the medical device sector are facing. The recently launched solution helps companies consolidate, control and capture all instances of production label prints across manufacturing lines, distribution centers and third party manufacturers. This enables companies to manage electronic reconciliation across all printing operations within the system to satisfy regulatory auditors and management accountability ensuring a ‘single version of the truth’ to meet current and evolving regulatory requirements including UDI.

PRISYM ID will be exhibiting at stand 400 and the panel discussion will be held between 10am and 11.30am in the Marina’s Private Section. For further information please visit
