PRISYM Chemica is an MSDS and labelling package aimed at the chemical manufacturing and distribution sectors. The software manages chemical classifications and automates the production of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), labels and transit (TREM) cards in different languages. PRISYM Chemica also automatically updates all hazardous substances documentation held in the system with the latest regulatory changes helping companies maintain global compliance.

PRISYM Chemica features a library of risk and safety phrases and MSDS authoring in over 32 languages. The authoring functionality includes preparations, substances, generics, text phrase management, global updates, copies, product groups, aliases, blending and data entry functions. The label design and production functions include automatic population of variable data (such as hazard phrases and product information), lockable formats and ‘fit to block’ text. Once the classification has been performed and the MSDS data produced in PRISYM Chemica, the software automatically calls up the relevant MSDS, TREM cards and labels whenever the user selects the relevant product from the system.

PRISYM Chemica can be integrated with ERP systems and is web enabled for easy distribution of MSDS for multi national and multi site companies.
