PRISYM ID Get the Seal of Approval from GS1 UK

Berkshire, United Kingdom - Tuesday 2 November 2010 – PRISYM ID today announced it has successfully been accredited as a GS1 UK Solution Provider. GS1 UK has implemented the accreditation process to give the stamp of approval to an organization’s knowledge and ability to implement GS1 standards to its customers.

PRISYM ID, who design and deliver high quality labeling software for organizations that need complete product auto-identification and lifecycle traceability are one of the first companies to pass the accreditation process. GS1 UK recently introduced the accreditation scheme to demonstrate a solution provider’s experience of deploying GS1 standards-compliant solutions and acknowledges the company’s understanding of the standards. The programme validates their ability to deliver and deploy solutions that promote the widespread adoption of GS1 standards.

PRISYM ID is a long standing partner of GS1 UK and includes GS1 barcodes as part of its labeling software. Last year PRISYM ID announced the inclusion of a GS1 barcode checker in its labeling software that automatically checks barcodes once they are created to ensure only compliant barcodes are used.
