Producing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) is a specialised area of the chemical industry with specific labelling requirements.

PRISYM Chemica integrates with industry-leading MSDS packages to provide a single data source for labelling and MSDS, ensuring each is compliant, up to date and uniform.

Many MSDS systems carry out the classfication stage automatically and populate only certain sections of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS), with the remainder completed using authoring tools.

PRISYMID offers two options for clear and concisely written MSDS.

• User completes the remaining sections of the MSDS in the most appropriate sequence to them, using pull-down phrase libraries.
• MSDS populated using formulation category templates. The MSDS can then be "fine tuned" with little effort.

Once classification is complete, compliant supply and transport labels are designed, annotated and matched to the dimensions of the packaging to be used.
